Product Features
Alumina-lined ceramic wear-resistant bends have found extremely wide application in developed countries across Europe and America. Introduced into China's power coal conveying systems in the 1980s alongside imported thermal power units from the US and Europe, they achieved excellent performance and gradually captured an increasing share of the domestic market. They currently offer the longest wear life among wear-resistant products. Based on technology introduction and adaptation, our company has developed "Metal-Ceramic Wear-Resistant Structural Components" (arch-type alumina ceramic coal pulverizing bends) with the following features:

1. Special Bonding Technology
Designed using the arch-type self-interlocking principle, the ceramic tiles form a 360° mechanical self-supporting structure. The ceramic tiles are tightly pressed against the inner wall of the steel pipe, interlocking with each other. The contact surface edges of all ceramic tiles are designed with a tapered configuration, ensuring effective interlocking between tiles to prevent脱落 (detachment). The gaps between the ceramic tiles and the steel pipe inner wall are filled with high-temperature bonding cement capable of withstanding up to 1100°C, providing dual protection.
2. High-Precision Ceramic Tile Cutting
The bend angle design does not exceed 15°. Parameters such as ceramic tile width, edge taper, and contact angles are designed using CAD. The ceramic tile shapes are precisely cut using diamond cutting blades. The gap between ceramic tiles in the material flow direction is no less than 0.5mm. The gap between ceramic tiles perpendicular to the material flow direction is no less than 1mm. The height difference between adjacent ceramic tile surfaces does not exceed 2mm.
3. Ability to Withstand Harsh Operating Conditions
As a polymer binder is used to fix the ceramic to the steel pipe, the bends can withstand the significant impact forces generated by materials and can operate under high-temperature conditions.
4. High-Quality Alumina Ceramic
Our alumina ceramic is manufactured using high-purity, ultra-fine, narrowly distributed particle size alumina powder that has undergone spray drying granulation treatment. It incorporates scientific formulation design and an optimized sintering process. The green body is sintered at 1520°C to achieve full densification. This relatively low sintering temperature ensures a fine-grain structure in the material, addressing deformation challenges.
