High-frequency finned tubes, also known as heat dissipation tubes, are mainly available in two types: single-metal finned tubes and bimetal finned tubes.
Single-metal finned tubes are primarily made of aluminum, offering high strength, excellent high-temperature resistance, strong mechanical properties, and a significantly expanded heat transfer surface. Heat exchangers manufactured using this type of finned tube achieve superior performance compared to series or wrapped fin heat exchangers, making them widely applicable.
Bimetal composite finned tubes are available in steel-aluminum composite and copper-aluminum composite versions. Steel-aluminum composite finned tubes are produced by轧制 (rolling) fins after composite bonding, while copper-aluminum composite finned tubes are manufactured using the same process. These tubes feature a tight structure, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, low flow resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and resistance to deformation during long-term operation. Their extended service life has earned them favor among many users.
