Our heat-resistant steel components for heat treatment furnaces are sold throughout China. By introducing new advanced materials, we have further improved their performance to meet the requirements of scale resistance and dimensional stability under high-temperature service.
Our components are available in a wide weight range, from 0.1kg to 1,500kg.
The product line is fully serialized to accommodate various furnace types and specifications. We offer complete sets of components, including:
Bottom plates for RX box-type furnaces
Retorts, charging baskets, and grid trays for RJJ carburizing furnaces
These components are available for furnaces ranging from 15kW to 105kW and can be supplied as complete sets to meet your specific requirements.
