Factory

The company operates four specialized workshops—Foundry, Metalworking, Welding, and Sand Molding—along with an in-house Enterprise Testing Center. It has equipped itself with over 100 sets of R&D and testing equipment, including vacuum furnaces, medium-frequency furnaces, electroslag furnaces, centrifuges, spectrometers, and electronic universal testing machines. The facility has also established a silica sol precision casting production line, a sand casting production line, a centrifugal casting production line, and a material performance testing laboratory. This integrated setup enables the company to provide end-to-end high-quality services—from material development through finished casting delivery and after-sales support—with an annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tons of alloy castings.
